Privacy Policy

Polyaxes SA attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes which data we collect on polyaxes.ch, why we collect it and how we protect it, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Polyaxes SA, Rue de la Pierre-à-Mazel 39, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland. You can contact us with any data protection question via the email address at the bottom of this page.

2. Data we collect

Contact form: company name, contact person, email address, phone number, message and, for quote requests, the files you send us (CAD files, PDF drawings) with their quantities.

Technical data: during your visit, anonymized technical data is processed (aggregated audience statistics via Vercel Analytics, without advertising cookies or individual tracking).

Form draft: the content entered in the contact form is temporarily saved in your browser's session storage so it is not lost on reload. This data stays on your device and is deleted when the tab is closed.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively to process your contact or quote request, prepare an offer and, where applicable, perform the resulting business relationship. It is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes.

4. Recipients and processors

To operate this website, we rely on the following service providers, which may process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and anonymized audience statistics.

• Resend (USA): delivery of emails sent from the contact form, including your attachments.

• Cloudflare Inc. (USA): anti-bot verification (Turnstile) when submitting the form.

• VirusTotal (Google LLC): for security purposes, only the digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of your files is checked against a malware database. Your files themselves are never transmitted to VirusTotal.

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers rely on recognized safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly technical cookie required for the anti-bot verification of the contact form.

6. Retention period

Requests received by email are kept for as long as necessary to process your request and manage the business relationship, then deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Security

Communication with this website is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). The contact form is protected by anti-bot verification, rate limiting and strict validation of submitted data and files.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability where the GDPR applies. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Changes

We may adapt this policy if the website or the legal framework evolves. The version published on this page prevails.
